Healthy Taco Egg Bake Recipe

right here in Minnesota, we adore to bake casseroles, hot dishes, and egg bakes! you could out pretty much any meal in a massive baking pan and bake it up ! we adore tacos, so I decided to create a healthy Taco Egg Bake to make taco Tuesdays even less complicated. 2 lbs ground red meat
2 medium onions, sliced
1 cup sliced peppers
1 dozen eggs
1/2 cup uncooked complete milk
2 cups shredded uncooked cheddar
three cups frozen organic hash brown potatoes
3 Tbsp organic taco seasoning — where to discover
coconut oil
In a huge skillet over medium warmth, saute onion and peppers in 2 Tbsp coconut oil until fragrant.

add ground beef to skillet and cook until not red. upload taco seasoning and stir to mix.

Grease a 9×eleven glass baking dish with coconut oil.
spread frozen hash browns into the bottom of the pan.
spread pepper/onion mixture on top of the hash browns, pinnacle with meat.

In a blending bowl beat the eggs an milk.

Pour egg mixture on pinnacle of meat/onion/pepper mixture in baking dish.

top with shredded cheddar.

Bake exposed for 45 mins, or until cheese starts offevolved to brown and the center is set.
