These chocolate-dipped lady fingers are perfect treats for a simple dessert or for a party.


½ cup all-reason flour

five Tbsp cornstarch

3 eggs, separated and at room temperature

nine Tbsp sugar

five ozbittersweet chocolate, chopped (for dipping)

¼ tsp cream of tartar
