Chicken with Tomato Cucumber Salsa from The Hot Plate

ingredients:

1 teaspoon more-virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 3oz fowl breast

1 Italian Plum Tomato, reduce into wedges

3-inches cucumber, cubed

1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

kosher salt



instructions:

1. Toss the tomato, cucumber, sugar, vinegar and pinch of kosher salt in a bowl. Set apart to macerate for 15-20 minutes.

2. Preheat a skillet to medium excessive. meanwhile, season hen breast with chili powder and pinch of kosher salt. add olive oil to the skillet and sear on each aspects till cooked through, approximately 10 minutes in line with facet.
